In Vivo

Return

Our vivarium is equipped with independently ventilated isolation housing suitable for long-term studies. We conduct single, multiple, and escalating dose studies in conscious animals for biosampling purposes. Additionally, we monitor pathogenesis using telemetry and discrete measurements, and study wound healing through established and customizable models.

Injury Models

Sterile surgical procedures include dermal wounding, ischemia/reperfusion injury, organ infarct, and biomedical device implantation. Animals are subsequently monitored and sampled in accordance with the experimental schedule.

Toxicology

General toxicology testing identifies the point at which a Test Article can cause harm. Methods include dose range finding, single acute toxicity, and multi-dose toxicity. Specialized tests to determine carcinogenicity or developmental and reproductive impacts are also available.
